Jumping straight to it ladies - I've unfortunately been inactive from the internet and pretty much my computer, in general, because I changed my operating system to Windows 7. And it decided to WRECK. EVERYTHING..... in a good yet annoying way.

Here is my amazing "life story" on this stupid subject...

Pretty much, like a week ago I wanted to change my OS to Windows 7 because it's just... yeah, amazing and all. Whatever. So anyways, dad mistook my words and SOMEHOW changed it to Windows Vista instead. Oh my god. Holy fuck. I am not kidding.... it is the MOST SHITTEST thing I have EVER seen in the history of my life. Seriously. Do not even go near Windows Vista. Why? Well for some sack-o-crap reason I COULD NOT connect to the internet with it. EVER. And I mean "Lol sorry kid, WV works just fine, but you'll never be able to use internet with it." .......... Wow. GTFO. Just. No.

So AFTER that epic fail scenario, with the help of dad, we changed my OS to Windows 7. Ok, here's where things get annoying and time consuming. Pretty much, EVERY SINGLE ONE of my programs I used the most basically decided to take a dump on my face and simply either wouldn't work, wouldn't install correctly, or they would but the programs themselves had issues with them (mainly old games, Sony Vegas, Adobe Elements & Spore)....

... And holy hell it was annoying to find out that Sony Vegas WOULD NOT work properly. So I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY MORE YT VIDEOS, until I somehow manage to get it fixed. Now FRAPS is rendered useless cuz' I don't have a decent software program to do all my sexylicious editing in ._. Boo hoo. Aside that? It just "so happened" that the day I changed to W7 was the day that the internet ran out, so I couldn't download all the latest patches, files and whatever else made my programs run normally. An example of that? Spore and Adobe Elements. My pen tablet tool does work.... in an excruciatingly ANNOYING as all hell way. Whenever I put the pen down to draw this weird little effect goes off and it LAGS LIKE A MOTHER EFFER. So there was no point in drawing. Also, I am not used to W7 so I accidently tend to "delete" programs off the little task bar thing and then when I re-connected my wacom tablet the actual pen wouldn't connect. What the fuck. Yeah :l

As for Spore? It installed just fine... except every time I opened it pretty much ALL the logos/buttons and options were white-screened. So I had no fucking clue what I was clicking on. Hooray. To add to that - LUCKILY... and I mean luckily, I backed up some old save files so I didn't lose everything. (lol I've lost heaps of stuff in the past due to in-experience :L...)

But not to worry, 40 mins ago I un-installed Spore, GA and all the other things then re-installed them... CORRECTLY (except for GA) and it seems to be working just fine. Too lazy to install GA... takes a lot of time just to load the thing.

So anyways, I am SLOWLY on the path to "healing" a few of the programs I normally use. I just wish the internet wouldn't cut out like what - every 10 mins? Yepp yepp. That pretty much sums up all the main negatives... I am DEARLY sorry to those who I've promised to draw things for - ALAS, I HAVE NOT given up! I just need time to get my tablet working again so I can continue on with some artworks.

A FEW POSITIVE THINGS TO ADD TO THIS WEEK:

- Windows 7 is actually really great and what not, it's just the fact I need to restore everything back to normal!
- I am thinking of getting Sony Vegas 11 or 10 and most likely Photoshop CS5
- I bought Battlefield 3 online via Origin; damn good price too - so now I can only hope to be as amazing as my lil sis at recon class ---> (she bought the game AGES ago, so it's kinda obvs' if I ever encounter that pimp I'm going to get my ass kicked )

And I believe that's it. Yupp yupp. So just a simple heads up; I won't be active on Youtube at all until I get SV 11 or 10... and I need to fix my wacom tablet so I can finish that kiriban for *Kuro-Hiryuu
